I see 2 options.

If you can pull off this first one it would be the best. Call girl B (the one you want to go with because you have more of a chance of getting laid). Tell her to meet you at a bar somewhere at a certain time, and to meet you inside it. Then go with girl A for a little bit, do some fun stuff, go for dinner and then suggest you go to the bar. If she doesn't want to, insist that it will only be for a little bit and that you haven't gone there in a while. I think you see where this is going. Go there, meet up with girl B like it was coincidence but don't completely ignore girl A--instead, try to get them interested in each other. Then get drinks for everyone. Go back to your place and bam, you got 2 girls in one night.

Or you could tell girl A that your parents are calling and need you to go help them do something in their house. Then just go with said girl B and get laid.
