okay i was at this party and doing lots of drugs and beer and partying and i was sitting next to this guy who was playing with his penis, and he kept making this weird popping noise with it. to this day i have no idea how he was doing it not that it really matters or anything but im bored and i just thought i'd see if any of u pplz new.

uhm there is condition commonly refered to as broken penis. No I'm not joking. It isn't really a break as there is no bone to break but when it happens there is a loud popping sound, much pain and swellings.

I'd guess this guy had 'broken' his penis at some point and can now make that popping sound at will.
