How about a porn sub forum? There's already people asking about this in the Suggestion Box.

Yeah, I can see where your going, I am fully aware how it looks having two requests for sub-forums at the same time for one of the HIGHEST traffic forums.

I'm very confident the HMFIOTW's concept will work. I however am not sure about any other sub-forums for IFIOTW being needed, but pitched it for TS anyway. There is really not much to do with a porn forum and it's here because it's not my thing.

Because I am really against the idea, I thought I might be bias! So I decided to post it here. I can only see it being abused and over run with CP. There are sticky's that seem to cover most forms of porn already. But I'm leaving that up to everyone else!

So am I hearing a yes or no? Someone brought up the point that the porn thread crashed totse, so obviously there's a pretty strong demand for it... Of course, who's going to sift through all of this? There would be a lot of CP.

A related question: Someone recently brought it to my attention that the porn threads often contain passwords to hacked or cracked porn sites. Is that because we at some point came to a consensus and decided that this was allowed? Or is it technically disallowed and it's just too difficult to moderate? Or are they links to sites that have the passwords/logins (posting it by proxy)? And if there is no rule about this, can we come to one? I would like to reply to this person's email, but I honestly don't know what to tell him because I rarely post in the forum.

Except for my loathing of CP, I really don't know what to think of passwords and proxies, I have no problem with it! People already seem to be sharing passwords and such around already.

As for the extra work, I can't imagine it being much different except easier to manage and might not crash the server.

Maybe add the porn forum and an extra mod!

I'd be willing to *cough* sift through it all, since Stormy wants an extra mod. For the good of the forum, of course..

Though, it would look odd having six mods for one forum. But still, Moving Pictures and Half Baked don't require much moderation, so I'm up for it if an extra mod is needed.
