The age of consent in our state is 16 by the way.

who cares man, the jail time would be worth the 14 year old pussy. that shit is still fresh. and dont look at statutory rape in such a negative way. its sex with consent, its just that one of the people is underaged. despite that, you go ahead and do it anyway. dont you see how selfless and brave and giving that makes you? youre breaking the rules to give a child what it wants.

every time i pop another youngster that came to me, a legal adult, i do not hesitate to reward them with what they want. parents are always so clueless as to why their kids wont come to them or another adult when they need something, well the reason why most dont is because they raise the kids to obey the rules and laws, and the statutory rape they so badly desire is against the rules, so their little minds cannot process an answer. i figure the ones that can get passed that and still come to me and consent to sex are the smarter, more mature kids, and as such deserve to be rewarded and encouraged. if you shoot them down, they may not be able to handle it and all sorts of problems could develop. afterall, theyre only children.

I (we) wish it were all that easy! Laws differ from one jurusdiction to another. And often they vary quite a bit depending upon the relative ages of the parties involved.

Don't pay much attention to the 'formulas' that may be offered by other posters in this, or other threads. Local and state statues can be confusing at best. What may may be construed as legal under one statute may well put you behind bars under another.

Best advice for you is that unless you are both at or above the 'legal' age in your location is to seek the advice of a qualified attorney in such matters before placing yourself in a position of potential personal peril (forgive the allitteriation, please).

Most of them (mothpieces) will give you an hour or so of free advice/counsleling before you have to pay them to represent you in the preliminary hearing on statutory rape. They will have a pretty good idea of what you can/can't do with or without her parents' consent in whatever location you live in or plan to 'do the deed' in. Trust me, it DOES make a difference whether it is your state or hers!

p.s. Next time someone posts a question like this... I do hope they will include their ages and state(s) of residnece. It just makes it a lot easier to post reasonable replies.

Sorry, the OP did mention ages and such... but just to rant some more: there are some really weird laws out there. For example, in the USA consider me and my neighbor's daughter: I am 17 and she is 14 (hypothetically). We both live in South Carolina where the age of consent is 16. So we both get in my car and drive down to Georgia where the "age of consent" is just 14 according to all known laws.

WRONG! There is a provision in the law (federal) that places the age of consent for persons traveling outside of their home state's jurisdiction at 18, regardless of their home state's laws.

And there are many, many more laws that deal with sexual activity between any two persons, same gender or not, that go far beyond what we generally consider 'sex' that can and will have serious consequences for us if/when we are caught enganging in any of them.

Crap! sorry for the rant... just check with a legal expert before you do something potentially stupid based upon the advice you might get here.
