Last night on a whim I went out to a gay bar to look for women (I didn't have high hopes), all by myself, after my friend decided not to come out. I got chatted up by an amazing, sexy black woman, who asked if she could buy me a drink. This was a first for me, I was so utterly flattered. We talked, she gave me smokes and paid me into a club too, and everything went wonderfully.
I had parked my bike someone quiet that night, thinking I was only out for a quick drink. We got my bike, and walked to her house, where we had more drinks and the most brilliant time in bed, with lots of sex.

Everyone I know tells lies like this all the time, but I just can't!! Not only do I feel dishonest, but I also feel that the truth will come out sooner or later, and that can fuck things up. I only added a year on, but I still feel awkward about it.
Should I risk telling her, or just keep quiet? We're not entering a serious relationship together, and she travels around/moves a lot because of work.
I know it seems stupid to worry about, and it's not like I get IDed on nights out, but I'm not good at lying.

I wish I could be accepted for who I am regardless of age, but people do make judgements based on age, and often a year younger makes all the difference to some people through teenage years.

There is an awful lot to be said for the "don't ask, don't tell" policy, both in the military and in real life.

If she is unable to discern that you are much younger than she is, assuming you are both of legal age in your jurisdiction, just go with it. Neither of you are causing any harm to one another (basd upon age issues) so why worry about what you have done or may do in the future?

Do what feels good, for you and for her... like the wise man said: Live and let live; or to paraphrase: enjoy and be enjoyed!

If it should come up, be honest (not deceptive) but make sure she knows that you know that it could become an issue... but not with you!

I think it was going to be something between casual and a little more concentrated. She is moving to Manchester and then China, so I wouldn't have to worry too much, but she gave me the impression the other day that she wanted to see me a lot.

I was assuming this would be one of the most logical approaches, and in a way it makes perfect sense, but I worry a lot, and I'd like to at least stay friends with her. Friendship and lies don't go well together.
