Burying your feelings
Ok, this could take a while!
I'm a guy in a stable relationship with a younger girl of 23. We have been together for just over two years and have lived together since February. Things are kind of seven out of ten at the minute, (ie) we get on well and argue maybe on a weekly basis and have sex once or twice a month. Financially things are pretty good and we have built a comfortable home together.
I work for a company which has two bars which are in the same street... 30 yards apart to be precise and theres this girl, she works in the one across the road. Shes 19 and just the most most beautiful thing you've ever seen and best of all she has has no idea! She just glows with optimism, health and self confidence, is always positive with everything she does and says. I just cant spot thinking about her.
I've felt this way for about ten months or so. One rainy day when I was off work I went in for some lunch. sitting at the bar she passed me wearing her raincoat with the hood pulled up and gave me this wonderful smile.
Since then she has become aware of my affections, partly through teasing from felllow work colleagues and the pathetic way I act around her when I try to string a sentence together but can never quite get the words out. I told her I loved her when drunk at the last Christmas party and she seemed ok with it, but later after a club I found myself sitting next to her on the pavement outside...she was french kissing a GIRL! Her being bisexual or a lesbian kind of explains her self confidence I suppose.
We have a mutual work colleague and female friend and the three of us have hung out together on a few occasions and its all good, but I know it could never go anywhere as I have a girlfriend, who I could never cheat on. She has a man at present I think, or a girl too but thats really irrelivant. I am just tired of feeling so uncomfortable around her because I want to fuck so bad I feel physically sick.
How do I bury these feelings for her so we can enjoy a good working relationship and mutually rewarding friendship?

Re: Burying your feelings
You have sex once or twice a month?
I feel like crap in my current relationship and I'm getting sex only once a day.
I dont know if that's just my relationship though. But really....you need to work on your sexual relationship also, otherwise you'll start to grow apart and god forbid, start to look elsewhere for sexual pleasure.
I'm glad you're man enough to know that fucking the girl is wrong considering you have a girlfriend.
But.. It's kind of hard to give you advice on how to squash your feelings for her when you're clearly getting frustrated in your relationship.
Having said that, if there's someone you work with who you absolutely can not stop thinking "omg omg want!" every time they walk past, and you feel that going there would be bad, all you can do is squash down those feelings and pretend they're not there. Act chatty and whatever normal is for you, and brush her off alot more, especially if you're trying to make sure she doesent know or think you like her.
