giving oral to females w/tongue piercing does add to it, once you learn how to use it. which isnt hard to do, but just simply having the piercing wont do anything unless you actually use it.

giving oral to males w/tongue piercing is basically the same thing. i dont think it works as good as it does for giving oral to girls, but i think the girls that ive gotten oral from who have had tongue piercings just didnt know how to use it. tongue piercings on girls looks hot though, IMO.

worth what, though? the pain, swelling, and healing? sure. its not THAT big of a deal. it doesnt hurt too much, the healing process is gay but as long as you take care of it like youre supposed to, the time goes by fast enough and once thats over then its no big deal. go for it. if youre a guy though, be prepared to be the butt of many unoriginal gay jokes from your friends. but that shouldnt bother you too much once you eat out a few girls with it and theyre coming back for more.
