Default i just cant get her out of my head.

things ended about a month ago, after around six months...
it didnt really start to bother my until a little while ago.

we have class and work together, so avoiding contact isnt an option.

Well there seem to be alot of threads going around for stuff like this, but your situation is pretty bad, having to see her every day. If you never had to see her again it would be alot easier but this will make it hurt more having to see her more often, especially if she ends up dating someone else before you're over her. The best thing you can do is go out with a few different girls as soon as possible. Nothing serious at first just to get your mind off her. Go down to a bar or a club or something and pick up a few chicks who are into you. If you do that for awhile you shouldn't feel so bad about it anymore.

That's a tough one.

Get a new chick and take out your frustrations on her. Preferably in class in front of the other chick.

That could work well.

You cant get her out of your head?
Is her love all that you can think about?
Are you sure you cant get her out of your head?
Is it more than you dare think about?

I know just how you feel, except I work with her. Its been months and I still cant stop dreaming or thinking about her in the early and late hours. It fucking sucks big time.

Deffinately get a new girl ASAP. Dont play with the new girls emotions or make any pretence of loving her, but experiencing life with a new girl will distract you from the old one alot.
And it's a bonus if the new girl makes the old one jealous.

Get stoned before you go to work/school, and you'll be good, I had a gf of one year visiting me for the weekend, we lived about 3 hours apart, she broke up with me on Friday night, and didn't leave will Sunday. A bottle of Pussers (Rum) and plenty of greens did me no harm.

ya, the new girl thing seems to be a good idea.
but i havent met any one recently that i find appealing or isnt already involved with some one. im not even sure where to start.

im very picky about people. i dont really enjoy physical contact with random people im not actually close it, never have... try to avoid it actually...
so that causes me some problems too...

ya... i should find a new one to get over this, but i dont know if my brain will let me... when things ended, she said she wanted a break, not long ago i got this from her after saying something
As of right now I'm leaning toward not getting back together. [stuff i dont feel the need to post here] So I know it's rough, I'm not thrilled with it either, because we had good times, but this is just...what I need for myself right now.

part of me wants her back, and is being stupid by trying and thinking it has a chance now.
the rational part of my mind is trying to let go and just see how things turn out, but is being kicked in the back by the other part...

thing is... we still seem to be good friends, have fun at work and class. still hang out... dont know if thats helping me any...
fuck... i dont even know any more...

You're allowing her too much freedom right now. She's taking advantage of it. Whether or not she's doing it intentionally (which I don't think she is), she has you stuck in this mindset. It's not your fault you feel the way you do. But it is your responsibility to make it known to her that it is not your wish to continue feeling like crap all the time because of what she says.
Give her an ultimatum of some sort. It's really unfortunate that you've got work and class together, because that makes one part of the ultimatum just about impossible. Essentially, though, you need to tell her that you can't go on any more with the maybes, and that you need to know if it's going to work or not, straight up, asap. If she's got no answer, take it as a no. If she wants some time to think about it, tell her to hurry up. But she needs to know that it's not fair what she's doing.
