My Mom is fucking nuts and I need some advice.

First the basics: I live with my Dad, my parents broke up and divorced when I was 12. I stayed with my mom for a year mostly because she spoiled me (horrible, I know), and then when I realized she was a psycho bitch I left to move in with my Dad. I've been with him since, I'm 17 now.

I've gone to court like 7 or 8 times since I've moved in with my Dad. Twice my mom called the police on me while I was visiting, and the other times were mostly due to shitty luck, and I mean that. They'd be stupid shit like curfew charges even though my Dad knew where I was. Once I got charged with burglary and theft over 1000, but that's a different story.

Let me make the point that despite how much I get in trouble, I graduated early and hardly EVER argue with my Dad. I try not to cause him trouble because he's been great with helping me out.

Throughout the past 5 years, my Mom has been prescribed Xanax, painkillers (for all the plastic surgery she gets), Adderall, and other shit. She's basically strung out on drugs and full of rage. She constantly sues my Dad over complete bullshit, and she'll play this two faced game with me where she'll be nice, then try to use me against my Dad or go crazy on me. I wised up 2 years ago, and in the past 2 years I have seen her less than 20 times, and have stayed at her house maybe twice.

She'll constantly call me and leave messages like "I love you, please call me back". If I don't call back she'll come up to my Dad's house and go apeshit. If I do call back she goes apeshit anyway.

I don't know whether I should ignore her or what. I wish I could get her into rehab. Everything is all fucked up right now, and I really don't want to see her like she is, but I want to help her too.

Thats nothing. theres a girl I know who was living with her pedophile father. He went to jail for touching her, then she was living with her welfare mom for a while. Then he got out of jail, right around the time the daughter began smoking weed. Naturally she was kicked out of her moms and was forced to live with her dad again, where she learned to suck cock for weed.

The girl is currently 13 years old.




in my own personal case, i had to choose between my mother and my girlfriend. my girlfriend is a nympho, and my mom is catholic. naturally I moved the fuck out. moving out == every problem solved.

You're almost a legal adult, so just keep your head down and try and keep some peace then when you turn 18 you can stick two fingers up to your mom and refuse to have any contact with her again if you so wish.

Or if it gets really bad then look into getting yourself declared an adult now.

Once you're legally an adult, she's got nothing...And if she comes over and starts shit, you can get an injunction out on her (restraining order). Also you can ask the police to help get her into rehab seeing as she's so screwed up.

Thanks for advice everyone, I guess I'll just wait out the storm or whatever. I still don't know whether I should call the cops on her for coming to my house and banging down all the doors (I swear she has fucked up timing on coming RIGHT AFTER my dad leaves, she probably waits for him to go). I'll probably know when she's crossed the line though.

How many times has she sued your father? Has she physically attacked you? Have you confronted her about her behaviour?

The latter most is probably a bad idea, I was just curious.
