I’m on vacation in the Dominican Republic, staying in my cousins house which lives here. I got introduced to his friend’s cousin about two days ago. We’re both on vacation and live in N.Y and were returning basically around the same time. We exchanged numbers already. This Sunday my cousin and I might go and sleep over her house along with her cousin and my cousin, to celebrate her birthday. She’s turning 17 which is my age on Monday. Should I tell her how I feel about her during this time? Something among the lines of that I think she’s cute; and I would like to get to know her better. I just have the paranoia that when I do decide to ask her out somewhere she would somehow already be with someone. That’s why I’m going back in forth on what I should say when I meet her again. She’s attractive and seems to really get along with me. Don’t know if she likes me or if she’s just genuinely friendly. Considering on how she was complementing me on certain things I think it’s safe to say we might share the same feelings. What do you guys think I should do?

anyway, this is up to you. put it this way, if she's with someone you might end up feeling like a loser and ending a friendship BUT if she is free and you are getting along you can go ahead and risk it. who knows maybe you will hit it or maybe she will say no.

in this type of situation its up to you, cause you know the outcome of what can happen, you either risk it or you don't, OR she might actually make the first move!

if I was you, I would go ahead and make a move, I don't see why either side should end a friendship for no reason over this.
