Depo-Provera
I started depo-provera about a week ago. My boyfriend and I got drunk a few days later, and forgot a condom. We figured it was a good idea at the time...
I looked up details of the injection on a few sites, and most of them give different periods-to-be-careful-after-having-the-injection, varying from 24 hours, which we got, to two weeks, which we definitely didn't.
Should we be worried, and if so, can I do a pregnancy test while still on Depo-Provera, or do I have to not get the next injection?
Thank you in advance

Re: Depo-Provera
It can take up to 14 days, so you should probably test, you should be fine testing on it however, hope this helps, Scorpio2121

Wait, why would you NOT get the next injection? That's not exactly going to make the injection more effective if you dont get it!!
I think you should go back to the place you got it from and ask them. They're there to be asked stuff and they should have told you all this previous to you getting the injection.

Re: Depo-Provera
You're fine. If you don't believe me ask your doctor. I've been on it since I started my first period.
