Advice? How does she feel about me?
I've been wondering for a while if i should post this or not, but here goes anyway. This is a long post, my apologies.
--
I met this girl just over a year ago on the internet, and we get on really well. I don't know how to put it really, just that we have so many things in common, and she is the nicest person I've ever talked to. She is everything i would want in a girl - smart, funny, beautiful, and i can tell her anything.
Until lately we have just been talking normally, until i split up with my girlfriend a month back. Well, when i say normally.. we sort of flirted before, but not too much. Trouble was, I have always liked this girl, and my girlfriend at the time was nothing compared to her.
So my first question is this: what kind of thing would a girl say if she likes you, over msn? (we live very far apart), because I am visiting her this Christmas, and i really like her, so naturally i want to keep her interested. I don't want to tell her up front though, because I'm scared it will put her off.
I am planning on going to university in her city in a year or so, so when i visit her I really want to make her consider me as a long term boyfriend, or at the very least a possibility. I am changing my life for her, I don't want it to be for nothing. (Although i have thought about this, and ill move anyway.) So what kind of things do i need to do to make that impression when i visit?
So, for the people who don't want the whole thing - what kind of things could i look out for on msn, as indicators of how she feels towards me?
And when i meet up with a girl, what kind of things do i need to say/do to leave the friend thing completely out of the picture?
Any advice would be really helpful.

Re: Advice? How does she feel about me?
Im confused... Did you meet her over the internet, and you've ONLY ever talked to her on MSN? Have you ever talked to her on the phone? If you haven't then a meetup would be so awkward.
If you think you know her well enough to visit her then you otta be able to keep the same wit or humor or whatever it is that you obviously have her captivated with on MSN. To make a lasting impression your just gonna have to be pretty straightforward and act like you know her as well as you do when your online with her, because I know by experience that people are different online than they are in person...
Just dont do or say anything TOO rash ya know. Keep the mood easygoing and try not to let the small things get your head outta wack about her.
Maybe give a better background on how you know the chick so people can give better responses.

If she uses the kissy smiley more then three times in a conversation, then you know she's in love with you.
Kudos on changing your life for a girl you're not with, have no idea if she's interested in you , and I'm assuming have never even met? Be a man, son...Just be a man.

Re: Advice? How does she feel about me?
Sorry, should have made the background more clear. We haven't met in person before, but we have talked over the phone, texted each other that kinda thing.
It is going to be awkward at first i know, but Its the only chance ill get for a year, maybe even two.
Thanks for the reply.
*Edit - the changing the life thing was.. a bit dramatized. I was going to move for uni anyway, and i know more than one person in that city. It seemed the logical choice.

Well if you've got one chance to meet her in the next 2 years, and you really think shes the one for you, then you better make it GOOD. Don't puss out, you've got ONE shot at it and it better be your best. If you two have seriously been talking the last year then she is OBVIOUSLY attracted to you, so just act like you already know that when you meet her and make it clear that you feel the same way.

Re: Advice? How does she feel about me?
It's my one chance that i know will be for certain. I cant say for certain that it will be the only, but its looking that way.
And i am nigh on certain she is, but who knows, I dont think anyone can be certain until it hits them properly.
Believe me, I know how.. pathetic this whole scenario may sound, but I cant help it. Still, the chance will not be wasted. Only one problem, her gay friend is going to hang out with us. But he likes me, so i should be able to talk to him about it and get him to drop hints/leave us alone etc.
