Default looking for any little advice on how to not blow this opportunity

so there's this girl... (ahaha)

she seems to be exactly what I've been looking for lately!

I've been talking to her online for the last little while, exchanging messages a couple times every day. I met her in real life at a store we were working together at last summer. I never really talked to or pursued her all that much at that time though, I was with my ex-girlfriend and didn't associate alot with other potentials (dumb). I'm fairly sure that she's looking for a boyfriend and that she has a *something?* for me.

Well the part where I need some help is making th transistion from online messaging to real life 'hanging out/dates'. I want to play it as smooth as possible. She's a very shy and reserved kind of person. She's also a bit younger (17) and may feel a little intimidated by my age (20).

I get the vibe that she hasn't had any serious boyfriends before, if any at all. I would very much appreciate any tips or insights on how to make this pursuit like a true gentleman.

thank ya's

Oh man dude yea, you kno what that *vibe* is she has on you, because your 3 years older. If you hang with her i see no problems of you doing work with her. Just talk to her via ur messages, then when ur leaving be like hey you should call me later heres my number...simple as that.

I recently was hanging out with a 18 yr old(couple years younger than me) and this girl would blow up my phone and never reject to hang out with me, until i ditched my game on her and let her go. was good but not good enough..lost my vibe on her since she wasnt legit(age does matter)

age doesnt matter....actually its to your benefit to be older. younger girls love older guys...i know...im 26, just stopped dating a 19 year old...a hot one. they love the idea of an older guy.

but you have to be confident around them...don't pussy foot anything, dont be a chump. hae to act confident as hell. you have to take control of any situation you two are in together. they dont older guys because they expect you to be more mature, in control and confident....if you let them know you're just as insecure and awkward as guys their age....you're done.

if this girl is as inexperienced as you think, use that to your advantage. take the opportunity to show her you're an in control older guy.... when i start dating girls, i take them to places that im familiar with...where people know me...where people come up to me to say whats up and shake my hand.

one thing, cut back on the whole online/texting communication...get her number and call her. and have a plan when you do. tell her, 'hey, i want to take you to go do {whatever}"
dont ask, tell. telling is selling. and you're selling yourself when you're dealing with women.

and for dates, i generally avoid them...its 2 hours sitting next to a basic stranger where you cant really converse/talk....but that shit is popular with girls her age...and drinks is out of the question....but fuck it....cross that bridge when/if you get there.

Just ask her does she fancy meeting up for coffee. Jesus. Sorry, I seem to be going through girls like anything these days. I just find it's incredibly easy to talk to girls. Once the thrill of the chase is gone bah.

nitrous, why does age matter? is it maturity differences you figure? like I said I'm 20 and shes 17 (still has one year of high school) so there definitely is a life-experience gap, but I don't see how it could work against the idea.

chicken, so you don't do dates. what's the alternative? no dates, no emails, no messages...how else do you connect with a young lady on a personal and intimate level?

haha well, thanks!

that isn't really where I'm having trouble! I guess I'm kinda concerned now about the age discrepancy, well not really! I just don't want to seem like some 20 year old creep or anything to her family, yknow? of course my intentions are only warm, but she's definitely a "daddy's blonde little hunny" type. I wanna introduce her to 'things' without getting a bullet in the ass!

I meant to say that I generally avoid movies while on dates...not dates altogether. and im not saying cut off the computer shit altogether...its good in small doses....but phone (either call or text) and in person is much better.
