almost all the girls that ive had relationships with have been molested as children, this cant be by accident. so this question is more dirrected towards the girls on totse that have been molested as children. who are you attracted to, why, how have your past relationships been. if bad, what happend in them and how did they turn out?

I knew what this thread was about before I opened it, because I've wondered the same thing myself. I've dated two girls that in the beginning I didn't know but found out later they had been molested at a young age and this thought has crossed my mind before. I've also dated two girls whose fathers had passed and one who had been molested and had a passed father. Weird shit.

Well, the guy that took advantage of me I had a crush on before hand, a little one. I was 13, he was 18.
It didn't really change the type of guys I dated, it just made me more aware of what to look for. Now I'm not so oblivious to what men are creeps, he has a sly smile and he's overly flirtacious with young girls, especially since he's good looking.
If anything I'm wiser now. But I he was my "type" and I still have the same taste in guys, just not him. :)
Perhaps that's just me though. After all, my situation was a bit different than most.

To answer your real question; I think I go for the guys that aren't as pushy with me and are more patient. I mean, it's obvious. No. That's not what I was implying. If you're overly empathetic and reach out to abunch of people, and accept them, they're going to be attracted to you.
That's how I am. All of my friends are mentally fucked, literally all of them. Because I'm so nice and understanding and not judgmental of them.
If you don't want to attract these people toughen up a bit more, if you sense that this person is too sensitive and has some problems, avoid them at all costs and what ever you do, don't be too nice. Be casual, but don't initiate further contact.

Like some have mentioned, many deal it with it extremely different ways. Some repress it, some turn to substance abuse, some learn to deal with it and are fine now, it really does depend on too many factors to talk about right now.
Whoever mentioned that they'd be "emo" or whatever, that's ridiculous. Emo is a trend started by white, middleclass teenage girls to deal with their useless teenage angst, when really they should be happy to be in their situation and to be born in the small % of the world that allows them the freedom and wealth they have now. I've rarely seen girls with real emotional issues act in this way. "Emo" individuals simply desire attention, otherwise they wouldn't be easily identifiable.

anyway though, I think that girls who have been molested always feel like they are only wanted for sex and that they can never truely love. So, if they say they love you, don't completely believe it. |

I broke up with her and she said she was going to hang herself in her closet. someone talked her out of it, but you're wrong.
it HAS to be a certain type of guy because it can't be coincidence that ALL of my ex's have been fucked up like this. my first (A) molested and later had drug issues. my second (A) drug issues, pretty sure something happend when she was younger. 3rd (C) didn't know her well but i could tell she was like the rest. i had others in between but then the last one i just had (M) was molested and will probably have drug isues in the future. so WTF how do i stop this gay ass shit. i feel like there is something very wrong with myself.
