I have the scatter brains, I've got a really short fuse as of late and am snapping at just about EVERYONE including some people I really care about.

Tonight I smashed my mobile phone to bits after talking to my brother and becoming infuriated. My mum and dad actually got worried - Mum hugged me and asked who I was talking to and I told her to get lost. She probably thought it was a girl or something. They then let my dog inside to see me to cheer me up (zomg not the dog...in the house...on the carpet!!! - very odd)

Anyhow I've got really strong feelings of wanting to die, I feel guilty about that though I do not want to upset my mum.

I'm just falling to pieces lately and I don't know why?? :(

I'm all depressed I have to have my phone repaired or replaced - why? This shouldn't affect me like it is I can't get it out of my head.

I'm not going to give you a bunch of generic advice, such as finding things to enjoy/get your mind of of this stuff or venting your anger, or anything such as that, but things like that are sometimes the most important things.

If you're on any meds, check them and talk to your doc; if not, see if you can be put on anything. I was severely depressed up until about 2 years ago, when I saw a psychologist and she diagnosed me. Since then, my antidepressants have changed my mood drastically.

I'd mention diet? I find though that as eating is one of the easiest & earliest ways that kids rebel & thus? People of all ages do not care to discuss the subject.

When I get rage filled for no apparent reason, I excersize like a hamster on meth, collapse, and then eat icecream

I dont really know what to suggest apart from distractions, but if it gets much worse I'd reccomend atleast a quick doctors visit,because you might end up hurting yourself.

And as for smashing your phone? see it as a good thing, because now you can go phone shoping!
I realy need an excuse to go phone shopping. Wanna take your rage out on my phone for a bit? :p

Normally I use my kids nearly new castoffs. All I need to know is does it make phone calls, has it got IR/bluetooth and a camera.
