I think all those seduction sites and books are stupid. my best advice is spend less time in front of a comnputer and actually go out and meet people and gain confidence while doing it. you're just going to end up looking stupid when you try to used some other person's pick up lines. well thats just my opinion but I wonder what the girls think of the guys that have to use shit like this just to be able to talk to them

Go out and talk to people.
The systems they describe only act as an incentive for people to go out and talk, and then they get good over time with being social.
Just go out and talk to people.
There is NO quick fix.
Its gonna take you some time to change, so start now and work incrementally towards becoming more social each day.
