Ah, I have a solution for you my friend.

I have been dating the same girl for 7 years (Yeah, no lie) and the same thing happens to me on occasion. You basically have two options.

1). Take a brake from thinking about her all of the time, and jack off to some porn. Don't get so obsessed that you want to cheat on her, just enjoy a nice MENTAL break. This always works for me.
