Sounds like you're doing the only thing you really can do. Getting a car will open up a whole world of possibilities. Not just for sex, everything is easier to get (read as: booze, drugs, hepatitis, pick your poison) when you have a car. I think you may be shooting a bit high in your goal for a car though.
