Going out for a supervisor position today

I hope I get it. I have to submit a letter-

Although I am a relatively new member to Team Cobb, I feel that I have fully mastered the standard usher position, and I am ready for more responsibility. Then (usually) they watch me for a week or two, then tell me they're going to start watching me. Of course, there is a lack of supervisors on the floor, so they may just super-speed the whole thing. We'll see.
