Wireless stuff
Full first post recovered from the forum's own RSS feed - reply count unknown.
Hey, I was wondering if y'all could help me.
I'm buying a laptop and there are options to buy a wireless network card (such as this one: Netgear WG511T Super G 108Mbps PCMCIA PC Card), and a wireless access point (such as Netgear WGT624 Super G 108Mbps Cable Router) . What i need to know is what the difference between the two is and what they are used for/ could be useful for.
Thanks...
And just as a side issue, which would you recommend: Vista Ultimate or XP?
