if you go to the doctor
because of a urinary tract infection.... will they be able to find out if I've popped my cherry from that?
because my mom can NOT find this stuff out. But I may have to go to the doctors. And I don't want to sit here miserable, but if it's that or my mom finding out I've been like, with girls...

Well, the doctor might suspect that you had some kind of sexual relationship. Chances are he's going to ask you about that. I suggest that you be totally honest in order to get the help you really need. But you don't have to worry since doctors keep their patients stuff as secret. Your mom doesn't have to know about this.

I know but usually my mom will be there (I don't have a little friend btw...)
and they ask, "Would you like your mom to leave?"
Well if I say yes... That's a straight answer to "yeah! my girlfriend fingered me!"
Because she stayed with us for two days, and my mom doesn't know shes my girlfriend, she thinks shes just a friend... So I can't admit to that. Alright!! I get it now. You are a girl and you have a girlfriend who finger-fucked you, and that caused a pussy infection. For all I know, girls tend to have those kind of things every once in a while. It's something common like a headache. If this is the case then I see no problem at all. All you need to do is go to the doctor or simply buy some cream or pill that treat those kind of things.

Between the bullsh*t posts you did get some good advice. Cranberry juice will help a lot, as will the over-the-counter preparation that was recommended. Basically, your Dr. is going to ask you to pee in a cup and prescribe an antibiotic. He'll have the specimen analyzed to make sure that it's nothing truly dangerous and a nurse will probably call you to let you know what they found out. You do need to do something about this. Also remember that a broken hymen doesn't mean anything, as the Dr. will tell your mother (if it comes up). Unless you're eleven or something, no self-respecting Dr. will tell your mother much of anything. And don't hesitate to say that you'd rather be alone for the exam...if there even is one.

If I had to have an HIV test, I'd just tell the doc my girlfriend wants to know I'm tested for everything, and even though I'm sure it's fine, I'd like to be tested for everything just to make her happy.

Thats fine, nothing wrong with being safe. Just go somewhere else for it.
EDIT: I'm not saying this to avoid shame. But if it goes on your record that you test positive, it can really screw up your insurance. Even though it's illegal, it's not uncommon for them to find some loophole to drop you completely. Plus, you never know when it might come up down the road, and come back to bite you once its on your record.

agreed with the cranberry suggestion. just go to a drugstore and get the jamieson cranberry pills, it's like $15 and there's no prescription. try that first, and if it doesn't start feeling better in a couple of days, then go to the doctor.

Goddamnit, there's something called 'patient confidentiality'. I dont see why the doctor would bother telling anything to your mum anyway, but if the doctor did, you could sue that fuck for a severe breach of confidentiality.
Dont go with your mum. Make it clear you want to sort this out on your own like a grown up. Unless you're beening periodically abused by your teacher or have Aids or something, what is said between you and your doctor STAYS between you and your doctor.

UTIs can come from sexual contact by pure accident - you're supposed to urinate soon after sex to reduce the chances etc.
These infections can come from practically anything - even eating too much rhubarb. Nobody will be able to tell you did it, the doctor won't even look at your cooch, unless you live in a weird country. Worst comes to the worst it'd be a urine sample.
When I had an infection, I waited for it to go away on its own and it got worse, I tried natural treatments, then though "fuck it! Give me the bloody antibiotics!"
I went to the doctor's, and after the usual long waiting room time, I was in and out in 5 mins with the ticket to give the pharmacist.
I took the pills, and within days I was right as rain.
In this instance, my mother knew about it, but doctors must stick to the confidentiality code anyway, unless you live in a weird country.

To me that says you'd rather some privacy, it's embaressing enough having the doctor there, so why should it be twice as embaressing with both the doctor and your mother poking around? Although most likely it'll be "here's a jar, fill 'er up and come back."
