Daoist Sexual Practices
Well, I've been meditating for a while now, and I read about the conservation of chi to maintain vitality. Aparrently, semen is the bodily fluid that contains the most life-force. So, it is considered imperative by Taoist men never to ejaculate unless it is for procreation. Of course, there are nocturnal emissions, but that's a normal bodily function that is only performed when necessary. More logically, rather than the loss of semen being responsible for the loss of chi, it is the sensation of the ejaculation caused by semen being discharged via the urethra that expends the precious, vital energy. Instead, Taoists emphasize control over one's primal urges. The Taoist teachings suggest that a man have as much sex as possible with young, single women in order to create and preserve more chi by transforming sexual energy(jing) into chi. This is acheived by either coitus interruptus or by putting pressure on the perenium prior to orgasm.
I don't wanna pull out, so I read this book on Tantra. It said that during the secret ritual of Maithuna, the man and woman embrace each other face-to-face in the Yab-Yum position without any gyration of the hips. The man is not permitted to ejacualte, nor may either of the partners move. So, the book said that the man envisions his urethra as a straw sucking the potent female "nectar". The participants focus the energy flow in the Shushumna nadi so that Kundalini Shakti may arise from the root (muladhara) chakra to the crown (sahasrara) chakra.
Basically, this means that a man must be able to contract the PC muscle at the moment of orgasm to the point where no semen comes out. This causes retrograde ejaculation into the bladder. No prana is expended because the union of opposite polarities serve to balance Shiva and Shakti, and each partner is rejuvenated as his/her root chakra is activated. The ritual culminates in divine bliss and cosmic consciousness (sat-chit-ananda) as the Kundalini - serpent power - is uncoiled at the base of the spine and allowed to pass through each chakra.
I tried to retro-cum today watching a porno (Ass Worship with Jewel De'Nyle and Belladonna) and it worked. The orgasm wasn't intense at all, but my dick never got soft. I was the energizer bunny. I did it three times in a row over a half-hour period. When I was finished, I felt refreshed and content. When I took a piss a few minnutes later, it was cloudy. I didn't avoid orgasm, I just reversed it. Now I'm a multi-orgasmic sex machine.

Re: Daoist Sexual Practices
Coolio dude. I've never taken quite that approach to becoming multi or semi-multi orgasmic, but I do have a pretty strong PC muscle. I've noticed that whenever I squeeze that particular muscle, and hold the contraction, I feel...funny. It's not quite orgasmic, but it does feel quite good. Be careful though, I've heard that "retro-cumming" or the withholding of semen by contracting the PC muscle can lead to problems down the road...

Nah, man. Retro-nutting is fine. I checked multiple sources, including wikipedia, google, and the Mayo Clinic.

Re: Daoist Sexual Practices
I don't see how retrograde nutting fits into the religion. If the man is only to have sex for reproduction with many single women, how is it that he should hold in his load? You lose the semen when you piss anyway so what the fuck is the point?
edit... on second thought, tl/dr

Re: Daoist Sexual Practices
I have a couple of questions, mainly, "where does the semen go?". Also, why, except of course to last longer.

Re: Daoist Sexual Practices
I think I used to do this.
It was pretty cool, not cumming all over and shit. Orgasms felt pretty shitty though, so I stopped doing it.
I'll probably go try it in the shower now.
Bai totse.

The semen goes into the bladder and then is peed out. Why? Because the energy normally used during an orgasm is put to a different use. It's there, but if done correctly, leads to higher consciousness. It's essentially alchemy. For a more mundane purpose, you can last super long.
p.s. In Tantra and Daoism, the guy has to last long for the simultaneous full-body orgasm.
