A few questions - opiate related... *REVISED* (now with less useless content!)
Now for the questions:
1. What is a good recreational dose of meperidine for someone with no tolerance?
2. What is a good recreational dose of diazepam for a first-timer?
3. *Edited* Would 18-year-old codeine (t3s), meperidine (Demerol), and various benzos (valium, ativan, and others) still have recreational value if they've been kept in their original pill bottles? And if they degrade, how much of their potency would they lose?

meta really had no reason to close the last thread, hes just biased, he would break down in tears if a thirteen year old took his herion
first time diazepam 15-20 mgs at most
merepidine i have no clue
the old pills should be alright but get some more responses first, im not sure on this one

Nah man, it's fine, we talked things out. He's actually pretty cool. Thanks for the rep comment though .
Edit: In response to your edit, it really was a misunderstanding. I don't think he realized that they were nearly decades past their expiry date. Really though, I do believe stealing something that someone needs, or even wants is wrong.

the real reason theres "expiration dates" on pills is so that once your done using your script you'll throw the rest away and they wont be sitting around for somebody to irresponsibly use.
but over 18 years its possible some degradation has occured. unlikely, but possible. most drugs are pretty stable compounds though

1. Sorry, no experience with demerol. Looking at erowid experience reports though, I'd say 50mg-100mg (oral) is a solid starting dose. Start with 50mg though.
2. 30-40mg.
3. 18 years is a long, long time. These medications won't go bad, but they will lose potency. It is impossible to tell how much has been lost without knowing how they've been stored.
Even if you had them in a dark fridge the whole time, they would be degraded. And since you probably haven't they have undoubtedly lost much of their potency.
Still. Try 'em out.

Oopsies, sorry for being vague. Yeah, I edited question three; they've been in the bottles they were originally in from the start. These bottles were no doubt opened some 17 years ago, but it probably doesn't make a difference, seeing as they started out as open bottles anyways....

Huh, odd, I just found this dosage converter, but I'm not quite sure how trustworthy it is (10 mg morphine IV = 30 mg morphine oral?!), would someone mind commenting on it's accuracy?
