 man battle rifle going extinct?
Full first post recovered from the forum's own RSS feed - reply count unknown.
it seems like in the military these days all the rage is the assault rifle. what ever happened to the longer and more powerful rifles of the days of old? like, where the hell is the m14?? For christs sake, even the M1 Garand is shown to be more accurate than the service issue M16A2....

Im not saying that assault rifles are no good. but why not keep some of the old main battle rifles on the feild......
Btw, how many countries still use main battle rifles regularly? |
