I got an email the other day that said this

i have been trying to make an account for some time now and when i started i
accidentally made an account with the wrong email and forgot the password to
not only the account but to my own email..since then i have gotten another
email as you may notice. the account i want is bigwoodtommy and it says i
cant make that account cos it already exists..that is my account and i would
like you to delete it so i can remake it..i would greatly appreciate it..im
sorry for contacting you if you are not the right person to contact if so
please direct me to the correct person to contact...if you are the right
person to contact and you take care of this then please send me a reply

I don't know the system and what can and can't be done. The guy doesn't even make mention of totse but it couldn't be anywhere else. Anyhow his email is bigwoodtommy@hotmail.com can someone get back to him with an answer and let him know I forwarded on his request.
