A while ago (right after I left for vacation) I got an email from cense explaining that he hasn't had enough time to visit the bbs and make helpful posts. I tried to talk him out of it, but yesterday he sent me one explaining that his decision is final and that he does intend to leave the site. He's thought long and hard about this from what I understand, but he's decided that his personal life is more important than his social internet life. I don't know if he'll be visiting this forum to officially say good bye or anything, but I wish him the best of luck. He was one of the very few people on this site that I admired and looked up to. I'm going to miss him a lot.

*Grabs cense and sobs on his shoulder*

Were some of the words he wrote in the email. I do not know FLRX at all, maybe Jeb could shed some light on his situation. If I had to suggest anyone for moderator of that forum it would be Axiom. I know that Axiom posts well in T&T but I am unable to recall whether or not he posts in NSH. Either way, I think the decision should still be between cense and Jeb - if they decide that an additional moderator is needed.

It's been a great several years but it's time to say quits for me. On top of reasons which are best not discussed here, I don't have the time and passion required for the job anymore. For the sake of Network (in)Security, I hope oddballz has both.

I will likely still stop by IRC once in a while for a quick "hi" with those people who've become friends through totse. I'll miss the interactions we've had but I can't dwell on that.

It's not been forgotten. We just figured that we'd do all of the changes at once. There are a few other inactive mods that we wanted to remove as well as a switching a few between forums. After we figure out exactly what we have planned we'll make a thread about it so that everyone can complain. After everyone has debated and agrees (or disagrees) with the changes, we'll implement them. Hopefully we can have all this done by the end of the week.

End of the week, hmmm? That'll be interesting.
