I'm at least looking for something 'clever' to do, but failing that I could just spray a huge cock on an upper story wall. The wall's haven't been plastered yet so spraying things wont cause any monetary harm. I also thought about rigging up some kind of 'trap'.

Depends how much damage you want to do. You could light everything that burns on fire. Seeing as it's mostly stone doesn't seem to flamable, but that wood pile would do. I really don't see the point other than being a huge prick to the construction workers who have families to feed, but hey, it's a free country for a reason.
