Ok, I need some help tracking down an herbal method for stimulating your period. A friend of mine told me a while ago that there is a certain combination of herbs you can take (Just drops you find at any health food, hippy crunchy place) to help stimulate your period if you're a couple days late and not pregnant. I'm nowhere near panic mode just yet, but it would be a very comforting thing at this point.

Can anyone help me out?

Look up these essential oils.

Chamomile, Melissa, Rose.

Mixed with the hormone-like oils, Clary Sage, Cypress, Niaouli, Peppermint.

you can still get some sort of semblance of a period when you're pregnant, so anything to "stimulate" it is basically just forcing your body to produce whatever it has. forcing your uterus to do anything isn't going to result in a natural period.
just get a pregnancy test or wait it out, because this is a stupid idea.
