G. W. Bush: Ballsiest President Ever

I hereby make a citizen's nomination for George Walker Bush to be placed in the Guiness Book of World Records for being the Ballsiest President of the United States.

My nomination is founded on:

>Although public opinion is against him in continuing a foreign occupation in Iraq with the 2006 Elections to prove it, he says that the public just wanted a change in the Iraq occupation via invest more troops.

>Among a growing number of subpeonas being launched at his former and present administration members on oversight, he has claimed executive privilege over the matter.

>After a jury founded a former administration member of his guilty, a federal judge appointed by Bush sentencing 2 1/2 years prison time, and an US appellate court with 2 out of 3 Republican appointed judges unanimously ruling that the prison time be served immediately; he commutes the former administration member's prison sentence.
