ok so a friend of mine and i are in a...disagreement about something:

his dad's girlfriend's daughter is living with my friend and his dad and I say he should try to get with her, but he thinks that it would never work because she would tihnk it was weird or something....what do you guys think? would she go for it or would she consider him her "brother" or something?

Fucking her would be ok, but getting into a relationship would be way weird.

I somehow don't see it working out that well(or at all) but I'd still go for it anyways.

No huge taboo there, so go for it. A relationship would be next to impossible though (or at the very least, awkward). If she's up for it, your friend should do it.

The only thing that could really go wrong is that down the track that your friends dad marries his girlfriend, in which case your friend will have screwed his step-sister. That's not too bad, but still a bit awkward.

haha thats what he said (the bit about his dad and her mom getting married).....well I'll tell you if he does anything...if i remember lol
