The best thing you can do to combat terror is to realize that the whole terrorism thing is blown way out of proportion by politicians and the media.

But if you're still concerned, vote for Ron Paul and carry a firearm. There's not much else you can do.

The only successful civilian attacks on 'terrorists' I've seen come from death squads and they normally have state backing.

The terrorist attacks in Glasgow failed miserably, mainly because of the civilians that beat-up and wrestled the coloureds to the ground.

Actually it was more like the guys were incompetent idiots and the explosives didn't go off. Again, the whole thing is blown way out of proportion. The government has everyone shitting their pants over some illiterate 3rd world peasants that can't even pull off a car bombing successfully.

(Oh, and I just saw on the news that some of the latest attackers were doctors, but my point still stands).
