First off, I won't lie, most of this experience comes from masturbation. However I have had sex before (not a lot) but the pain was still there.

During orgasm the head (Wikipedia says it's called the glans) of my penis is WAY too sensitive. It basically hurts. Anywhere that isn't the glans is just fine.

What gives? I don't see anything on the internet about this anywhere. Am I going to have to ask a doctor?
