Meditation in the midst of orgasm
Try it out. Instead of thinking about whatever you were jacking off too, try to stay calm, and think of something you're afraid of. Notice how you're not afraid of it? I think this can be a good way to get past mental blocks and fears. I used to be afraid of death, the unknown, but since doing this, I have cut my fear down drastically. It's almost gone.
I usually repeat something along the lines of, "Death is not the end. Death is comfortable. It's alright." ect.

Maybe I'm missing something because of my gender (pun intended), but why are you afraid of orgasm?
He wasn't implying he was afraid of an orgasm, he was saying that if you think about something that you are afraid of, such as death, while having an orgasm, you might start to associate the fear with the pleasure, and not be so afraid of it.
