I was thinking about going out a buying under car neons for my 94 ford escort. It is the sporty edition that actually looks somewhat decent. It is a dark blue with blue "ice" tinted windows. I was wondering how hard it is to put neons on, and if it is worth the hassle of installing them.

There are a few other mods to my car including a nice stereo system which pushes around 150 db and it has 16 inch rims( I didn't buy them, came with the car.)

lmao. Cars like older Escorts look so shitty with tuner-like upgrades. Don't even do it. You already fucked up by tinting the windows "ice". If you want a tuner to upgrade, don't spend your money on upgrades that will make people laugh at your car (trust me, they do, even if they don't in front of you, they do behind your back), and actually save the money and get yourself a decent tuner that looks good with upgrades such as an Acura Integra, Hyundai Tiburon, or even a [newer model] Cavalier.

i have some respect for tuners who ACTUALLY tune their 4cyls, one of them is a good friend of mine, and he doesnt put gigantic wings and body kits and all that shit on his car.

the only really visible mod is the hood latches, which he says he actually needs, but w/e. he also has a V8 malibu (and he's having me weld parts on another honda )

i have a 4cylinder myself and i dont really need the extra horsepower that i COULD have, but dont bother with.

go to walmart and buy some of those christmas rope lights, mount those under the car, hook it to the battery with a switch on the dash. probably cost you about $20.
