Well I was referred to cashlagoon by someone on totse. It's basically a site that pays you to fill out surveys and free offers in exchange for cash!

All you need is an e-mail address (I'd choose one that you don't mind junk mail going to), and a phone (to verify your account). You sign up with all your information, then you get an automated telephone call with a verification code, input that online, and you're ready to start earning money!

Most of the free offers are worth about $0.50-2.00, they DO have pay offers which are worth more, but they are optional. Once you've racked up at least $2.00, you can cash out via paypal. The other payments have a slightly higher minimum payout. I had to verify my info over the phone by leaving them a short message after I requested payout, which you only have to do once. After that, within an hour I had the money in my paypal account! You can earn cash other ways too, such as referrals!
