diphenhydramine sucks, yeah it is an altered state of mind, but if you enjoy completely losing your balance, being completely delirious, and not even knowing what it is you are afraid of then be my guest

plus the physical side effects blow

try it once at a moderate dose just to see what its like, but believe me once you do it 3 or 4 times the novelty wears off and you never want to touch it again

edit:dxm is a worthwhile OTC drug, i would go with that

if you can only get otc stuff (assuming you cant order online) try nitrous, dxm (may give you temporary brain damage)
