Just curious what power paypalls collection agency has.

From what i've heard it's pretty crippled compared to a traditional collection agency.

I mean it's been over a year, and all they do is call... They don't do anything else except keeping me from getting a paypall account.

Apparently they didn't do jack shit to my credit either. As I have NONE before this. And now really. I just got accepted for a lease on the appartment with no parental cosigner.

It's all about the amount you owe them. For the most part they will only call you. Also, it is very possible that PayPal shared your negative credit info with a certain Credit Bureau, while your apartment folks looked up a different Bureau. I got all my 3 credit reports and there are significant differences in the information they contain. Even the number of accounts and the pertinent details vary... *shrug*
