well im trying to craft a bamboo shotgun pipe with the main piece being bamboo and the bowl being bamboo. the only probably is i need to seal the bowl into the hole.
i was wondering in anyone knew any good anhesives or glues or ways to seal the bowl?

personally i would use a gum or a clay. i think that would be your best bet. oh and post pics it seems cool.

dont use glue, glue smoke is VERY harmful so its not really worth the risk.

Candle wax?

well its just around the bottom so im not sure how hot it will actually get. i will post pics soon once i take some. i was tihnking clay or epoxy might work. candle wax is a really good idea. i will have to try that

threading soinds like the best idea, if possible. if not just use and heat resistant glue but onl use it to seal like the outside of where the bowl meets the bamboo...

Plain ol' silicone can handle heat up to 400 degrees fahrenheit.

yeah from what bipolar elvis said, it sounds like silicon sealant around the outside, where the two bamboo pieces meet should do the trick, hope this helps...
