How come men say stuff about there weinor or penis and women never say things like Vagina or Pussy atleast I neevr hear them use it openly in public like men would

because vagina is a much uglier word than penis.

Women use code words for their va-jay jays, words that us men dont pick up on. I would give you an example but i dont understand what they are saying myself?
