Default Ebay/Paypal Scam

Okay. I really need money and the only way I can get is paypal, I can't get a job. I was thinking of using one of my ebay accounts (10 feedbacks), List an auction for an ipod, a razr, and a new pair of air force 1's, but I'll be sending them: An mp4 player, a broken motorola, and fucked up air forces.

My plan is to make a fresh paypal account, add a Savings account, withdraw the money as soon as I get it, send the Items, and remove my Savings account all on the same day, This way by the time I get 3 claims on me, they'll be no way for paypal to get on me, and the reason I;m choosing to actually send shit is because an "Item not Received" is worse then an "Not as Described"

Any flaws? Can they reverse it after I remove it? I'm thinking I can make a clean getaway since they can't limit my account until there is a claim, and the buyers can't make a claim until they get the product, and they won't get the product until after I clean up (remove savings, withdraw)

Semi-great idea, except that most half-intelligent buyers won't send money to an unverified account.

Thanks for your feedback. But aren't you verified if you add a savings/bank account?

Do you think so? I'm thinking that I am sending something, and I doubt that thats illegal, only if I never sent anything. They did get something similar, and were not talking bout over $200 per product so I doubt feds would get involved.

I guess; if you're going to be totally "honest", then it's fine; however keep in mind that you should end all the auctions at the same time to avoid having your feedback going to hell in a handbasket.

Ye, thats what I think I'm going to do, if they end all at once, I'll be clean before anyone even recieves the stuff.

Also, you could have gotten your multiple auctions mixed up

But yea, if they wanna go after you they have logs of all changes made to all accounts so they can go back and see all the moves you made (which might be incriminating if obvious enough) and your savings account which is really linked to you.

The people you scam COULD still take you to a small claims court and sue you. You should just stick with intangible items, like WOW accounts.

Good pointer craze
I don't really know alot about WoW and I'm tryna stick with sending at least something.
The reason I'm saying no one would take me to court is because I sis send something, and I doubt they'd go through so much trouble even after they did recieve something.

I was thinking that after they check over my shit (once its removed) its not really anything they can do because It's not like I stole, and they cant touch my savings after its unlinked (even though they can see it)
