Tingling legs
Ok, this is kinda weird. If I focus on my legs, they start to tingle. I can always do it, and its most intense in my soles. It goes up to about my anus muscle. I asked my dad and he said that he can do it in his stomache.
What is this, what can I do with it, control it, or anything about it?
Note: It is a pleasurable tingle, but almost unbearable if I make it intense. I could almost describe it as a weird type of high, but i wouldnt know.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Tingling legs
Spasms happen when your CA/K ion channels are firing uncontrollably, so uh, get more calcium in ur diet

If your body was short on ca+ it would merely use its gigantic store.... bone!
Dehydration actually causes an imbalance in the ions used to produce an action potential.
