So i had sex in the back of my car a couple of nights ago while my car was parked near a park in an empty lot with no lights...

Just after we finished a security guard came up to my car and knocked on the window

He said that he could call the cops and get us in trouble, i just laughed at him and drove away.

But now i wonder.... Is that something that you can get a fine for or can you be arrested?

I mean your car is private property right?

If your car is on public property (a park, a road, a parking garage, anywhere that isn't your garage) or private property that does not belong to you, or anywhere where someone can see you, you can be busted for indecent exposure/lewdness/other puritanical bullshit. And if it's anywhere where a kid might be near by, you can tack on contributing to the delinquency of a minor at the very least.

So short answer: your car is private, but if anyone can see in, you can still be prosecuted for the activities within (be it sex, drugs, or rock and roll).

At least, that's my understanding of it, but IANAL.

Furthermore, I live with my parents and my girlfriend and I have sex either in my house while they're not home, in my car (in a reliable spot where cops hardly come, as it is very out-of-the-way for them), and/ or anywhere else we can find where we're not likely to be caught.

I suggest finding a cul-de-sack where the cops hardly patrol, and turning off your car/ lights/ locking your doors while doing it. Keep the key in the ignition in case you have to jump up and gtfo quickly. It'd also be a good idea to get one of those lame-ass shiny aluminum foil-looking things that people put in their windshields to block the sun when they park, and put that there when screwing, so passers-by don't get much of a show. I don't think you even asked for tips about car-sex, come to think of it. But now that I've typed it, you're getting some.

As far as places to go. Our mall has a family bathroom. And just outside of it is a private little lounge area for nursing mothers. It has a couch and a lock on the door and everything.

Lots of times gated communities have public pools that are pretty deserted. Although several times they havent been all that deserted, but it's easily masked underwater. Well, still obvious to those who know whats up.

I have a car and I can put down the back seat, so that's what i'd do in my car... usually find more secluded places like private roads and beaches that cops don't patrol, or unused streets in private neighborhoods.

It's all a matter of the cop's opinion, was this lot isolated? Were there people around? Was it a public or private lot? I wouldn't worry about it though. I got caught about to have sex at my school, nothing happened. We just ran out the door and fucked on the soccer field.
