I read a guide somewhere on how to remove callouses at home for free..

I think it had you soak your hands in salt water and then scrub it off with pumice or something.. anyone know?

This might sound like some psycho shit but its the most effective method of dealing with callouses that i've found.

Soak hands in warm water until callous is soft, then shave it off with a razor.

they get bigger and then they start getting pinched when you work out (it hurts), and apparently they will rip off in huge chunks eventually

Have you ever had a huge callus just rip off? THey can really fucking hurt, especially if it happens when your hands are really dry.
