It's just 8mg tablets of acrivastine, i now know that "Benadryl" is a brand name...and NOT a chemical. FUCK. (cost me 3 pounds too)

if your after diphenhydramine, its in sleeping pills... the cheap ones at asda and the cheap ones at tesco. literally, £1.38 or something rediculous.

If you're set on diphen, then yer, the sleeping pills have them in. Non-herbal standard Nytol has it but is more expensive so stick with the own brands. Boots do it too.

seriously though, listen to the people here, i only use it to get to sleep at the moment, you can also use it as a benadryl substitute, because DPH is just an antihistamine that makes you drowsey as a side effect.
