This isn't supposed to happen normally. The vast majority of condom slippings and failures is because people don't use the proper size of condom. Ripping and tearing occurs when the condom is too small, and slipping occurs when the condom is too large. Just make sure to always wear well-fitting condoms, and since this was with a girlfriend, not just some random girl, why don't you have better condoms around? At least keep an emergency stash...

Generally, + or - rep from someone with little +rep means little. Whenever some little prick decides to neg rep me, it means literally nothing. But if you got neg rep from a mod it would be alot more. Same for positive rep.

Alright. She is due for her period soon.
