I took 15mgs about 2 hours ago, and I feel "normal" again already. I have 15mgs left. Is there anything I can do to get a little more out of it? Will re dosing make me feel the effects more, or is it a waste?

i think 15mgs is an extremely low dose for valium.

It's like taking 1.5mg of Xanax, IIRC. That's not even a high medicinal dose.

15 mg of Diazepam is not at all like 1.5 mg of Alprazolam.

I only meant in terms of relative dose. Although I now see another reference saying it's more like .75mg.

Following benzo equivalence tables for recreational dosage guidelines is a bad idea. Those dosages are relative to the anxyiolytic/anticonvulsive of the respective benzo. Recreational dosages are a bit different.

Though when they compare 10 mg diazepam= 0.5 mg alprazolam, that seems fairly accurate, I suppose; four Valium 10s per one Xanax bar. :/

this thread popped up at a perfect time , somebody posted a sheet that listed diazapam can be boosted in the blood by white grapefruit juice........before I read this , I thought it was only good for potentiating weak opiates
