Could you put a god ammount of it in a bottle, stcik a ballon over the bottle, let it sit in the sun and then huff the fumes from the ballon?

much more effective would be to drop a couple chunks of dry ice in there then stick the balloon over it, then breath it in...
if you don't believe me ill find a video, and careful not to breath in too much...

Of course I know drinking it would be better. I just thought it would be cool to huff it...I think. I got the idea from that Jenkem kid when he huffd his shit and piss. Would have been funnier if he ate it. So would it have any effects if I did do this like a drunkish feeling?

I don't think you could breathe in enough to overcome the rate at which you metabolize the alcohol to feel the intoxication.
