2.5 minutes of running punches (run in place while punching in front of you)

2.5 minutes of squatting front kicks

Then 25 minutes of martial arts drills (perfecting techniques I've learned)

Not very hard, but it keeps me active.

Of the physical excersizes

-Start out with various yogic postures/stretches

-Then I do 100 quarter situps (im a bit lazy)

-Then I do 100 consecutive incline pushups, which I repeat 2-3 times more throughout the day.

-Then I do as much squats as I possibly can.

Thats the stuff I usually do everyday.

I have a lot of free time during the day, and I'll admit that maintaining physical fitness is not very high on my priority list. Therefore, my routine is spread out across the day, and very elementary. After waking up in the early morning, I usually stretch for five or ten minutes, do 20 push ups and sit ups, and go for a five mile circuit around my immediate neighborhood (depending on my mood, I'll either run, walk, or bike this.) In the afternoon, I usually take a half-hour power nap (because my sleep schedule is fucked beyond imagination.) Before the nap, I'll spend about a half hour skipping rope, and immediately afterward, I'll stretch and do twenty more push ups and sit ups. Before bed, I'll go for another five-mile circuit, and do twenty more push ups and sit ups for good measure before sleeping.

Those running punches sound like they lack proper punching technique.
