Well, I woke up a couple hours early and decided I'd have a go at making a big sandwich or sub or somethin', since I didn't have dinner last night and it was almost breakfast time. After a couple minutes raiding the cupboard and freezer I had everything I needed, bread, herbs and spices, sausages and eggs.
This was the result:

Here's the directions for makin' one, it's nice and simple and I imagine greasy enough for a night of drinking. Use your own amount of sausages and eggs (I used 2 eggs and 4 sauges. 1 egg and 3 sausages too many, I was estimating at the time of cooking)
You'll need sausages, eggs, vintage cheddar cheese (I recckomend aged 18 months, or whatever your tastes in cheese would prefer), chives, italian herbs (not sure what the mixture is), tomato paste, garlic powder, bread roll.
Cook the sausages to your preference. When cooking the egg, crack one into a cup or bowl and stir in a bit under a half teaspoon of chopped chives, then cook to your preference. When both are nearly done cooking, heat up the grill.
Cut your bread roll in half and lightly grill the insides (I accidentally grilled it too much and it caused it to crumble, so I wouldn't reccomend crusty rolls), take it out and put a layer of tomato paste on, sprinkle on your prefered amount of the italian herbs, put on the amount of cheese you want to use, and put it back in the grill for a couple seconds to lightly melt the cheese.
Take it out, stick on your sausage and eggs and enjoy.
Anyone else here have some big sandwiches like this they'd like to share?
