Re: adrenaline?
Ok mate, even if it turned out it was true, I somehow doubt a gym session could get things going.
But it's an interesting question; if you were in real danger, would something like that happen?

Re: adrenaline?
Not to sound unhelpful but: What the fuck?
I don't think Adrenaline's purpose is to do that. I think perhaps the spending the time with a person is more likely to work.

Re: adrenaline?
Yeah, that sounds like bollocks. Maybe it's just because adrenaline only gets pumping ALOT in dangerous situations, and being in and getting through a lot of dangerous situations with another person will certainly make you attatched to them.

Re: adrenaline?
I think that there is some truth to this. In the book "How to make anyone fall in love with you"(I got this book when a female mod of this forum suggested it and said it was really good with I think it is. For this one dating tip there are two studies that is referenced so I don't think that it is completely made up.) it says that you should go on a date to something that is emotionally or physically exhausting. But it also need to have anxiety with it also. So I don't know if just going to the gym would do it but it couldn't hurt. You might want to check out the book. I know you can get it on torrents now and the part I am talking about starts on page 79.
